The hosts started strongly, earning a short corner in the first quarter and converting it to take a 1–0 lead. Livingston kept up the pressure in the second quarter and added another goal from a short corner, putting Carnegie 2–0 down.

Despite the scoreline, Carnegie stayed positive. Their persistence paid off in the third quarter when Daisy Hobbs calmly slotted home to make it 2–1 and shift the momentum. Carnegie carried that confidence into the final quarter. Early on, Livingston won another short corner, but Nicola Waterson came up with a brilliant stop in the D to keep Carnegie in the game. The team broke quickly, and Tyler McMahon fired a strong shot on goal, forcing the Livingston keeper to clear it and earning Carnegie a short corner. From the injection, Fi McPhie struck the ball cleanly into the back of the net, bringing the game level at 2–2.

With the pressure now firmly on Livingston, Carnegie continued to push. In the final minutes, Aimee McKenzie drove powerfully down the line and smashed home the winner, completing the turnaround.

A well-deserved 3–2 victory for the Carnegie Ladies 3s, showing determination, teamwork, and real fighting spirit right to the final whistle.

MVP Aimee McKenzie & Fiona McPhie

Ladies 2s Dunfermline Carnegie ladies 2s travelled to Midlothian to play Eskvale 1s.
