On Saturday 28th September, the L1s travelled to Stirling University for their 3rd league game.
Dunfermline Carnegie started the game well scoring in the first quarter from a break through play with Mairi McLintock tipping the ball in at the back post.
Both teams applied pressure in the second and third quarters with each team getting short corners and attacking play, however both teams defence held up and no goals were scored until the final quarter where Mairi McLintock scored her second goal of the game.
The game finished with Dunfermline Carnegie winning 2-0.
